To be eligible for the position of Customer Service Employee at Dedert IJs within the logistics department, you must meet the following job requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Diploma in Commercial or Administrative fields;
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Customer service and/or sales support, in a production environment;
  • Command of the Dutch and English language. Proficiency in the German language is an advantage;
  • Result-oriented and motivated;
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage;
  • Experience with B2B Processes.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Employee at Dedert IJs BV within the Logistics department, you play a crucial role in connecting various internal and external relationships. You maintain close ties with the Sales Manager. Your focus is on essential processes such as order processing, invoicing, complaint handling/complaint management and customer master data management.

In this role you are the key that ensures that all logistics processes run smoothly and that customers are satisfied with the service they receive. You are an important link between different departments and ensure optimal communication and coordination.
You will be busy with the following tasks:

  • Responsible for order processing and ensuring timely and accurate handling of orders;
  • Supporting the logistics processes and providing our customers with the correct data about their delivery;
  • Manage billing processes and ensure customers receive correct invoices;
  • Complaints handling and complaint management to ensure that any problems are resolved quickly and effectively;
  • Management of customer master data to ensure customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
